Prices may increase depending on additional details and complexity of the commission.

I own all rights to my work.

Usage of any of my artwork in AI training is prohibited.

I may post commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise. I may include commissioned work in my portfolio.

Commissions can take up to 1-4 weeks to be completed depending on the complexity of the character and my clients' response time. I do take rush orders for an additional fee of 50% of the base price. I will provide updates of the rough sketch, colors and final check phases so any revisions can be made.

You are allowed to share the artwork as long as you credit me.

I need full references in order to complete your commission. Visual references of your character, clothing, color, etc are needed in order to correctly illustrate the character.

I require a 50% deposit before I start working. When you approve the sketch, you must pay the full remaining balance before I finish the piece.

If you need to cancel the commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I will give you a partial refund (ie: 25% of the total cost.)

After starting the artwork, I will send progress images of the sketch so you can approve it and ask for revisions if needed. I do not accept refunds after the full balance has been paid.

I will send progress pictures after I continue working past the sketch stage and after that point I will only make minor revisions.

Once the artwork is complete and accepted, I will send you png/gif/etc files of the artwork.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.

All adoptable designs are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and may require an additional fee.

I own all rights to the original artwork. You are purchasing the rights to use the character design, not the artwork itself unless explicitly stated.

I may post adoptable designs on my social media and include them in my portfolio, even after they are sold.

Payment must be completed in full before the character is transferred to you. No holds unless agreed upon.

Once payment is received, you will receive the full resolution PNG files of the design.

Minor design edits may be requested after purchase, but I am not required to make changes. Larger redesigns are the responsibility of the buyer.

You are allowed to post and use the character as long as proper credit is given to me as the original designer.

You may resell, trade, or gift the character. However, you may not resell the design for more than the original purchase price unless additional commissioned artwork is included.

Do not claim the original design or artwork as your own.

Refunds are not accepted once the adopt has been purchased and transferred.

I am not responsible for lost files after delivery, so please save your files properly.

Any form of charge-back or payment dispute after receiving the design will result in a blacklist from future sales and commissions.
